What this solves
Most distributors know something's slow — they're just not sure where, or what to fix first. The audit answers that. We map how work actually moves through your business across all seven operational areas, find where things break or get retyped by hand, and hand you a prioritized plan. You walk away knowing what's costing you most, whether or not you build it with us.

Standard is where most distributors start. Lean if you know exactly where the leak is. Comprehensive if you want a sequenced roadmap, not just a diagnosis.
Why is the audit paid?
Free audits get free attention — from both sides. Paying means you get real depth, and we both treat the engagement seriously. If you move forward, the Standard and Comprehensive tiers credit in full toward implementation.
What if I don't want to move forward after?
That's a normal outcome. You keep the findings and the scorecard, and you owe nothing else. We'd rather you walk away with clarity than feel pushed.
How much of my team's time does it take?
Depends on the tier. Standard is roughly 3-4 hours across two weeks — a kickoff call, a couple of async questions, and the readout. Lean is a quicker single-area engagement. Comprehensive adds roadmap work after the readout.
What if I don't actually know what's broken in our operation?
That's literally what the audit is for. Most distributors come in knowing something feels off but not where. The structured 7-area review surfaces what you couldn't see from inside. If your operation runs perfectly, we'll tell you that too — we don't manufacture problems to sell fixes.
After the audit
The $1,200 Standard tier and $2,500 Comprehensive tier credit in full toward any implementation work you choose to do with us. The $600 Lean tier doesn't credit forward — it's a focused single-area review that stands on its own. If you don't move forward, you keep the findings and use them however you want. No obligation, no sales pressure.
